Physical and psychological well-being in work environments represented extremely relevant aspects in service quality assessment. Increasing organizational well-being represents one of the keys to success in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a public or private entity.
A systemic view of work organization can be declined according to certain levels of analysis, including individual, group, organizational and inter-organizational. This research area proposes the development of new statistical methods and empirical studies for the analysis of the above levels and their influence on organizational well-being and business performance.
